TalkSmart is an AI-assisted English learning app. Lessons, corrections and conversations are generated by AI and may occasionally be wrong or incomplete. TalkSmart is a learning aid, not a substitute for a certified teacher, and we make no guarantee about exam results or a specific level of proficiency.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old.
Do not use TalkSmart to break the law, harass anyone, attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models, resell access, or overload the service through automated means. We may suspend accounts that do.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content. You may not use the AI to generate, solicit, or share objectionable content — including hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, or anything unlawful — and you may not attempt to prompt the AI into producing it. You can report objectionable AI output directly in the app (the flag icon on any AI reply) or by emailing support@talksmartapp.com. We review reports and remove offending content and terminate abusive accounts.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled under Apple's policy — request them through Apple, not us. Consumers in the EU/UK and Türkiye keep any statutory withdrawal rights that apply to them by law.
Lesson material generated by TalkSmart remains ours and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning use. Anything you write or say stays yours; you grant us only the permission needed to process it and give you feedback.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, TalkSmart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
